Includes two (2) visits per year – Once in the spring before the heat arrives, and once in the fall before temperatures drop. Our spring visit is between March & May while our fall visit is between October & December. Please keep in mind, we do not do visits on weekends or after those months.

Pricing
Membership Terms and Conditions:
- Contract is for Yearly Coverage
- With monthly payments, homeowner agrees to provide up-to-date credit card info or contact Of Course! Heating and Cooling with up-to-date card info if needed
- Membership is ongoing until cancelled by homeowner
- Membership may be terminated after (2) unsuccessful billing runs
- If cancelled within 12 months, individual will be billed in the amount of any savings they received during their time as a member
